Potato Galette and Smoked Salmon
Recipe from L’AR MILIN in Châteaubourg (35)
Ingredients :
- 300g Potatoes
- 2 egg yolks
- 50g Smoked salmon
- 70g of Linette sarrasin®
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Preparation :
- Cook the potatoes in boiling water until soft
- Mash the potatoes in a bowl and add the egg yolks and Linette.
- Make individual balls with the mixture, and add in small pieces of smoked salmon
- Heat a frying pan and add a table spoon of vegetable oil
- Cook until brown on both sides
