Potato Galette and Smoked Salmon

 

 

Recipe from L’AR MILIN in Châteaubourg (35) 

Ingredients :

  • 300g Potatoes
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50g Smoked salmon
  • 70g of Linette sarrasin®
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Preparation :

  • Cook the potatoes in boiling water until soft
  • Mash the potatoes in a bowl and add the egg yolks and Linette. 
  • Make individual balls with the mixture, and add in small pieces of smoked salmon
  • Heat a frying pan and add a table spoon of vegetable oil
  • Cook until brown on both sides
